Ongoing partner
£2,400a month
4 days a month, 3-month minimum
- A planning session at the start of each month
- Same-week help when something breaks
- A quarterly review of tools and costs
- One month's notice to stop after the minimum
Anything else is £650 a day. All prices exclude VAT.

Mostly teams of 10 to 50 people, often just after a growth spurt. Below that you rarely need me. Above it, you probably need a full-time operations lead, and I'm happy to help you hire one.
Most of the work is remote. For interviews and training I come to you anywhere in Yorkshire and the North West, and travel within 50 miles of Leeds is included in the price.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Xero, Slack, Zapier and Make. If you rely on something else, I'll learn it on my own time before we start.
Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what's slowing the team down, I ask a few questions, and I tell you plainly whether I can help and which option fits. No slides, no follow-up sales emails.
No. I set up and connect the tools you already pay for. If you need something built from scratch, I'll introduce you to a development studio I trust.
Reviews are paid when booked. Projects are half at the start and half at handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices exclude VAT.
